Scalping EA on any minute timeframe

I want an EA that scalps on 1min timeframe. It will open a buy and sell order at the same time on the desired timeframe after the candle closes it will close the win trade and opens another buy and sell trade on the next candle now this time it will use martingale for the losing trade. Example if it was the sell trade that loss it will open a martingale trade on sell in the next candle it will go on like this until the losing trades wins and recovers. There should be options in settings for take profits too. If take profits is chosen then the EA once it takes profits of the wining trade it opens another trade immediately This should be applicable to any timeframe the EA is attached on. There should be this options Lot multiplier, max trades open on either buy or sell, take profits
