Riding the Trend Strategy on SP500 (plus Daily Gaps)

Moving Average (MA) and indicator module

Trading chart setting

(MA_short) period: (make open)

(MA_Long) period: (make open)

Use MACD: True / False (if True, then see setting below)

MACD setting: (make open)

Filter Chart (Higher timeframe) setting: (make open to choose any timeframe of choice)

(MA_short) period: (make open)

(MA_Long) period: (make open)

Other settings

Trading window: (make open to choose what day and time)

Mon: 01:00 – 23:00

etc

...........

Also the EA would do the following: 

Early Morning Entry Module(Allow this Module: True/False)

·        Here I am trying to know if a trade was closed by “Trading Window”. If you have a better way of knowing a trade that was closed with “time” please let me know.

Conditions

·        Is the current time between (1:00 to 2:00) ?

·        If yes,

·        Check if a trade closed last trading day (between 22:00 to 24:00)

·        If yes,

·        At the closing time of the trade, (is EMA_short > EMA_long ?)

·        If yes,

·        Was Closing price of the Trade > Stoploss set?

·        If yes,

·        At the moment now, on Trading chart (is EMA_short(-1) > EMA_long(-1) ?

·        If yes,

·        At the moment now (is Current price  > Stoploss of that Last closed trade?)

·        Place a BUY trade (see settings below)
