Develop EA for a moving average -- simple buy/sell orders based on changing direction

Need an EA that will place buy and sell orders based only on one variable: Moving Average. When the moving average changes direction and starts pointing upward the EA would enter a new long position. Likewise when the moving average changes direction and starts pointing downward, the EA would exit the long position and it would start a new short position. This would go on indefinitely.

How to determine when the moving average is changing direction? You could look at using a change % of around 0.02% but I am open to your ideas. This is how it appears in TradingView.

Should be for all timeframes.

The Moving Average needs to be an Exponential Moving Average.

Apply to: Close of candles

Period: 7

No "Levels" are necessary.

Should work for all instruments in Metatrader, including metals, currencies, equities, futures, etc.

This is a very tight moving average that is designed to quickly detect when trends are changing direction. The general idea is to help determine when I should stay in a trend until the EMA starts pointing in a different direction, then to enter into a new position and continue to follow the candles.

In the future I might ask you to continue developing this EA and potentially add other indicators.
