Tarea técnica

i have 2 indicators that i would like to combine as one (all work to be done in MQ4)
1. autofib trade zone
2. fisher oscillator 

Concept:
When the price reaches the AutoFib trade zone area of 100% and then begins to retrace down, perform the following
1. price should not exceed the 61.8 level (maximum level by which i consider as trade has flown away)
2. wait for the fisher oscillator to cross the zero line and then 
    (a) shown an arrow on the main chart on the candle
    (b) send an alert by sound, pop up and email
3. Provide the option to disable and enable the autofib tradezone
4. Option to change the colors and size of the arrows on the chart

5. option to change the period of the fisher oscillator 
6. Option to change the fibonacci maximum and minimum level i want to use to filter 
  for example: Maximum FIB level - 88.2
                      Minimum FIB level - 61.8
I want to be able to change these values to affect the alerting

This applies for both buy and sells because the AutoFib tadezone will readjust itself.

The only arrows that will be on the chart will be when the price reaches the fib 100% and retraces down or up.
