I'd like to order a SCALPING BOT (EA) that uses MACD and Ichimoku OR one that is over 85% accurate with any indicator

I have some ideas about a Forex scalping bot I want to make. I don't know everything about MQL or trading bots, but I'd like to work with a developer who also has ideas and experience and can also give some ideas to refine this stragegy/bot.

Indicators:

I'd like to order a FOREX scalping bot that uses the 

MACD AND Ichimoku Indicator only.

This bot will evaluate buy and sell decisions based on only these 2 indicators, and when they are in agreement.

I have an array of 33 forex and crypto pairs I am interested in scalping/trading with this bot.

I would like you, my great future developer, to look at a currency pair with these 2 indicators, and within a timeframe M5, M10, M15 - get one out of 5 ratings - STRONG SELL, SELL, NEUTRAL, BUY, STRONG BUY.

We will score each pair, and enter the trade with the pair that has the highest score. This EA bot will only buy if both indicators say we should buy or both indicators say sell. If both indicators have an opposite ratings, like one says buy and other says strong sell for M15 time frame, we will skip this pair. Ideally, we want to have both indicators say BUY or STRONG BUY for moth m5 and m15 time frames.

If the Ichimoku Indicator never says STRONG BUY or STRONG SELL for one time frame either m5 or m15, we will not trade this pair.

The bot will go through the array of tradeable pairs, and evaluate these 33 pairs. It will make these evaluations, and enter one trade with the highest ADDED score. (Strong Buy = 1.5, Buy = 1, Neutral is 0. For selling, Strong sell is 1.5, Sell is 1.0, neutral is 0)

So basically this bot first does:
1. Check pair against ichimoku indicator for first time frame (m5 and m15).
If none of these says strong buy or strong sell, it then checks the second time frame (m15 and m30).
if none of these says STRONG BUY or STRONG sell, then move to next pair in the currency array and start again.

2. If one of these says strong buy or strong sell, then see what MACD indicator says, for this selected time frame.
If Ichimoku is saying buy, buy...we only enter a trade were MACD is also saying BUY.  We only enter trades where Ichimoku says BUY, BUY, and MACD says BUY BUY.
(we check this for m5, m15) OR  (m15, m30).

We only enter trades that pass this test.

if the trade, for example says m5 or m15 BUY, we enter, and we must exit this trade after 35 minutes from entering.

I would like this bot to make many small trades per hour when both of these indicators give buy or sell signals for M5, M10, M15, or M30 periods. I'd like this bot to go through the pairs array every 4 minutes, and evaluate each pair, and open trades of the two pairs with the highest scores.

The bot will only make trades of a fixed lot size. I would like the UI of the panel to have the option where I can enter in the size of each lot. If that input field in the UI has 0.01 in it, then every single trade will be of lot size 0.01.

When the FOREX markets are closed, I'd like this bot to trade cryptocurrency pairs like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Doge, Shiba Inu.

I will give a list of the about 33 pairs this bot can trade. This bot will trade Gold, the top popular Forex Pairs, and the top crypto pairs.

I'd like this bot to not use a martingale strategy. I want this bot to repeatedly go through the supplied list of tradeable pairs, and perform tests on each one, and enter trades and exit trades. I do not want to have more than one on-going trade in any pair. so for example, if we are in XAU/USD with a 'Sell', this bot cannot make any new trades in this pair until the current one is closed. It can enter other pairs, but not the same pair. 

I am looking for each trade to earn 7 to 20 pips, and exit. I'd like it to automatically set stop losses of -5 pips for each asset being traded (Gold, Forex, or Cryptos).

There are 3 ways we will exit a trade:

1. Stop Loss is reached

2. Take Profit is reached

3. Time limit is reached.

I think we will evaluate each trade for either 35 minutes long or 1 hour long.

If the M5 and M15 of both MACD and Ichimoku say Buy, then we will enter the trade and end it after 35 minutes, if TP or Stop loss isnt reached.

If M15 and M30 reading from our indicators say Buy, we will enter the trade to buy and we will end the trade after 1 hour if TP or Stop loss has not been reached.

In terms of volume of trade, this will not be a high frequency trading bot, but I'd like it to get into about 5 to 15 trades per hour. I would like this bot to be in at most 15 trades at once. 

When forex markets close, I'd like it to recognize that and switch to only cryptocurrencies. And when the forex markets reopen, I'd like it to go back to trading Gold, Forex pairs, AND Cryptocurrencies.

I would like this bot to also print out evaluations it makes...maybe to a .text file somewhere, or somewhere you suggest. I'd like it to print out its evaluations as it goes through each pair. Or store it in a database (I have web hosting, and I have a MySQL database too on the hosting). Or preferably, I can give you a URl where you can access and add the text information as a parameter, and that call will store it in a database.

For example, mydomain.com/botoutput.php?message=BTChasbeenevaluatedandMACDscoreatm5is1.5andMACDscoreforM15....

So that I can have the output of the bot stored for my reference and understanding.

A lot of these strategies I have written are open to further discussion

OR you the developer can use ANY strategy....

Use any strategy and/or indicator you trust that will grant me AT LEAST 85% accuracy in every trade it enters from these 33 pairs. With the same stop losses and TP limits. If you have experience making bots and can guarantee me at least 85% accuracy in every trade entered, of course I want you to implement is how you know.

You can use any language to make this bot, as long as I can easily run it on my VPS with MetaTrader4 as an Expert Adviser
