Risk percentage duplicate trade

i want to enter the stoploss price and take profit price from my phone or cpu with a 0.01 lotsize. 

then i want a duplicate trade to open using risk percentage to choose my lotsize for that pair only. i want the default risk to be 3 percent. i want the risk percentage to go off of my balance

I want the current spread to be added to the take profit and stoploss. if i enter  the stop loss or take profit  price as 1.43002 and the spread is 2.4 pips.. i want it to add 2.4 pips to that price so the new price should be 1.43026 (i think that math is right.... if not. i hope you know what i mean.. just add the spread to the tp and the stoploss

i want an option for when im %50 to my take profit i want the stoploss to move (x) points above entry

i want to be able to open trades on different pairs while others are still open. for example usdjpy, eurud, usdcad, xauusd, ect...

i want it to work on what ever forex pair i choose, and gold.

so basically i want to be able to slide the ea  onto one chart and it work across everything i buy or sale with the initial 0.01 lot

if the risk percentage is not close i do not want to move forward. if my balance is $100 usd and i want to risk %10 i should loose about $10 if my stoploss is hit
