Conversion of mt4 indicator onto mt5 standard format

The modification is to send and alert to mobile phone stating that candle has closed partially or fully above or below base line for sepicific time frames.This should be for all forex pairs in the market watch, or selected paris from market watch. File will be sent to developer when choosen
