EA using 3 MAs in single time frame

Hi,

I'm looking for a good EA developer who can make the EA I can use. 

Here is simple description of the EA, I will write up more detail in doc file once the developer is selected.

This EA uses three different periods of either SMAs or EMAs (want to have this is selectable) and their relationships (comparisons between them at each candlestick of selectable time frame) as the order entry/exit indicator.

Orders need to have selection options of lot size, tp, sl, and target profit to close. When the target profit to close is 0, EA use tp and vise versa.

There is one more condition to check before EA opens order, check support & resistance so that the EA doesn't open order when the current price is at support & resistance band which can be configurable. The free support & resistance indicator is here: https://fxssi.com/support-and-resistance
