Tarea técnica

Hello. i need an EA based on a custom indicator I have, the indicator that does not repaint, but only confirms after close of the candle, so i need the expert to open order only after the candle closes and the arrow is still there, does not open order when arrow is present during the candle.  stoploss based on candles formed before the arrow, close the order and open opposite order when the next arrow is confirmed after the candle close. Details will be sent. thank you
