I want to have an expert based on a custom indicator and two moving averages and RSI

This expert should be written based on the following. One 100pipsdailyscalper indicator and two moving average 20 and 10, 14 period RSI.

for BUY:

OPEN BUY:

1.  when the 100pipsdailyscalper indicator shows the first point above the candlestick. AND

2. when the moving average 10 crosses the moving average 20 from the bottom up. AND

3. when the 14-period RSI crosses the 70 point.

CLOSE BUY:

when the 100pipsdailyscalper indicator shows the first point below the candlestick

for SELL:

OPEN SELL:

1. when 100pipsdailyscalper indicator shows the first point below the candlestick. AND

2. when the moving average 20 crosses the moving average 10 from the top to the bottom. AND

3. when the 14-period RSI crosses the 30 point.

CLOSE SELL:

when the 100pipsdailyscalper indicator shows the first point above the candlestick
