MQL5: create a Stochastic, Bollinger Bands, and moving average EA

Hi.

I need an EA that will combine Stochastic and Bollinger Bands as well as use a moving average to trail a stop loss. the EA must place orders as per the following  

for buy orders

if the price has upward crossed the center line of the of the Bollinger bands and the stochastic main is above the signal line and the moving average is below the current price. the EA must place a buy order and place the stop loss on the MA and a stop loss must move with the MA 

Bollinger band upward crossing is when candle 0 opening  is above the center line of the Bollinger bands, candle 1 closing is above the center line of the Bollinger bands and candle 2 closing is below the center line of the Bollinger bands

for sell orders

Bollinger band downward crossing is when candle 0 opening  is below the center line of the Bollinger bands, candle 1 closing is below the center line of the Bollinger bands and candle 2 closing is above the center line of the Bollinger bands

settings to include

Magic Number

Number of positions allowed to run

Take profit (0...off)

Time frame (the time frame to use so that the EA can be attached on 1M timeframe while the timeframe setting is 1H).
