Tarea técnica

I'm new to coding and for the life of me can't find reliable information that I understand. I learn from examples so having someone create 2 functions for me (and 2 types of each of them) then I will be able to use the function and see how it should be written. I need one to determine the price value of the upper line on the standard deviation channel at a given point in time. I would I put the channel name and the candle I want the price for and it will return the price.  Another function for the bottom channel. The second set is even simpler. I want a function to return the total open lots long and another function to get the total open lots short. Let me know if you require more details than that.
