Simple order creation around a price level

hi, some simple help needed...

looking to trade multiple pairs on this but starting with gbpusd. i need to set the price level, but then have the coding ready to place the orders around the level:

1. Manually define level above current price

2. Create short order 2 pips below level

• 10 point stop loss
• 10 point target

3. Create long order 2 pips above level if the market closes above the level on 5 minute chart.

• 10 point stop loss
• 20 point target

Now create the same rules but for a level below current price

1. Manually define level below current price

2. Create long order 2 pips above level

• 10 point stop loss
• 10 point target

3. Create short order 2 pips below level if the market closes below the level on 5 minute chart.

• 10 point stop loss
• 20 point target
