Pending orders Strategy Tested

I want to provide few months pending orders. I want them back tested and optimized. What my concern is the timing when the pending orders are placed. My signals Provider sends me the pending orders between 1am to 4am EST.

What I need you to do for me is to maximize my take profits and minimize my stop loss. My major concern for back testing is that TP should hit with the first push to the order side so I don't see my profit shrinking too much when I go live.

This means that pips must be optimized. Meaning, I'm willing to take the TP at, 20, 30, 40 pips. Even at 10 pips if that's the best. Here my strategy relies upon accuracy rather than risk to reward. 

The problem I am facing if I simply follow my signals provider's TP and SL is that, since I use heavy leverage, I tend to exit my position sooner than maximizing my profit. And this is leading me to looses rather than profit over long period.

I am also implementing my own strategy with my signals provider's pending orders - that is - I am opening opposite trades as well. So I need help maximizing my own TPs and SLs. Another thing I need to test is that how effective these pending orders are for binary options trading. 

I need you to tell me that at MY given price, the market stayed away for 1hr or 2hr.
