Inside Bar Momentum EA creation

I would like an EA creating that follows inside bar momentum rules

Buy execution.

The first candle stick must be bullish green or White and the second candle stick must be completely contained by the first candle stick at its close. 

the Buy stop order is then set at the first candle High plus 10% of the its range ( high minus low )

the stop loss is placed at the first candles High minus 20% of its range.

the take profit target would be set at the first candles high plus 80% of its range

Sell execution

The first candlestick must be bearish (red or black) and if the second candlestick is completely contained by the first, set a  sell stop order at the first candle’s low minus 10% of its range (high minus low).

Place the stop loss at the first candle’s low plus 20% of its range

Set the target at the first candle’s low minus 80% of its range.

Addtional Rules

if another inside bar pattern forms, the current position should be closed or the pending buy/sell order must be canceled and entry orders must be updated to the latest candles.

I would also like the option to only take a trade based on a moving average if a bullish trade the then trade is above MA bearish the trade is below the MA although. i need to be able to enable or disable this

Stop loss - must be able to be calculated as a % size of the master signal bar and I can adjust this as I need

take profit - must be calculated as a % size of the master signal bar  I can adjust this as I need

sell/buy order - must be able to be set at a % above/below the master signal bar

system should work on all forex pairs and on all time frames and be able to trade on up to 8 pairs at a time

I should be able to enable or disable MA indicator and be able to use any type of MA e.g SMA/EMA 

for the lot size I should have the option to either select lot size as a % of available balance or set trade size as a specific lot size

I would like the option to  apply a trailing stop that steps every time the price increases or decreases ( depending on sell or buy ) by a specific amount of points. I should be able to switch this on and off
