MQL4: Simple 3 moving average crossover EA

This EA will have three moving averages and an envelope (The faster, the fast and slow moving averages). The EA will have the magic number, lot size, take profit, stop loss, slow moving average period, fast moving average period, faster moving average period and number of trades all in the input section. The EA will have an option for Martingale, which can be turned off and on.  They EA can run on all time frames.

It will open a buy order when the faster moving average period crosses above the fast moving average and the fast moving average is above the slow moving average. It will close the buy order if the faster moving average crosses below the fast moving average, hit the stop loss or the take profit and can't open another trade in that direction again unless the faster moving average crosses over the fast moving average.
