Trading Panel with Specific Entry Rules

Hello,

I need to develop a trading panel with specific entry rules and trade management.

Those are a few general guidelines:

1. The user will input in the panel the price that the expert will start to monitor for trading opportunities, as well tell the system is that price is for a Buy or Sell order;
2. Onde the price is reached, the expert will need to look into a few filters before moving to the next step, such as a specific indicator I use in three different timeframes, if the indicator has specific value in all three timeframes it can look for entry signal using a moving average.
3. The entry lot and stop in points will also be settings the user must input in the panel (not in the expert properties, in the screen). If the entry signal is all good, the system will enter a market execution or set a limit order depending on the volatility - also there will be a second entry above/bellow per the settings in the panel;'
4. Once the trade is executed, the expert must measure the target per a fibo retracent from a point where the user set in the panel as well.
5. At 70% between the entry point and the target, the system must place the stop at breakeven.
