Using External File to Modify Trading Parameters of AN EA

I have an EA with parameters and I intend to have someone use it without having access to the codes. I wish to have the EA read the input parameters from an external file. The input parameters are listed below.

   double TrailingLoss1=0.0004;

   double TrailingLoss2=0.0007;

   double TrailingLoss3=0.0014;

   double Boundary2=0.0011;

   double Boundary3=0.0020;

   double Boundary4=0.0380;

I added the below codes hoping to get the text "GBPUSD_2WB_" from an external file where I typed  "GBPUSD_2WB_"
