Create a simple EA with the following rules and parameters

I am looking for a programmer who can make me an EA with the following rules and parameters:

GENERAL:

Open buy position only if Stochastic Indicator K line is above D line.

Open sell position only if Stochastic Indicator K line is bellow D line.

Only one order can be open at a time by this EA with the same Magic Number.

Close order if TP or ST have been hit

If TP has been hit, then increase lot size (or decrease if set to minus) by E

If TP has been hit, then increase TP (or decrease if set to minus) by G

If SL has been hit, then increase lot size (or decrease if set to minus) by F

If SL has been hit, then increase TP (or decrease if set to minus) by H

Parameters:

B = Starting lot size

C = Starting TP (in points)

D = Starting SL (in points)

E = Lot size increase (or if set to minus, decrease) if SL is hit

F = Lot size increase (or if set to minus, decrease) if TP is hit

G = TP increase (or if set to minus, decrease) if SL is hit

H = SL increase (or if set to minus, decrease) if SL is hit

I = maximum spread allowed to open new trade

J = maximum spread allowed to close open trade

Settings for Stochastic indicator:

K = %K Period (default should be 5)

L = %D Period (default should be 3)

M = Slowing (default should be 3)
