EA based on RSI needed

Need someone to create an EA based on RSI with the following criteria:

1 Product
Only buy/long position (at market) with no stops
1 time-frame

First position:

If no open position;

If RSI less than 30

Buy 0.01 lot**

Stop

Subsequent position:

If difference between current price & latest trade entry level is more than 1% of highest price;

if latest trade date/time till now, was RSI more than 35;

If now RSI less than 30;

If current price is less than latest trade entry price;

enter latest trade lot + 0.01.**

If current price is more than latest trade entry price;

enter 0.01 lot**

essentially u enter more lot size if market continues going down, otherwise only maintain 0.01 lot if market is steadily rising.
