EA Trade Manager

Hello I need a EA Trade manager Programmed to my requirements

Risk Management based on percentage of equity or balance.  The  trade manager must adjust lots size according to stop loss and take profit levels  based off the percentage risked 

2 different take profit levels

Trailing stop based on percentage  percent 5 - 60%

Stoploss will need to brought to breakeven after the first take profit level is hit  1/3 of position to be exited at first take profit level 

Trailing stop will need to be implemented after second take profit is hit .  Another 1/3 of the position is to be exited at the second take profit level

Once the trailing stop has been hit:  The last 1/3 of the position is to be exited.  

I have a trade manager already as example of how it should kind of look but without the requirements above. 

Trade manager must also function in the strategy tester in order to place practice trades
