Can someone automate my trading style?

I am very interested in automating my trading strategy. I use all black candle sticks for both bullish and bearish candles, an 8,21, 50, 200 & 800 EMA, and a TDI (Traders Dynamic Index); that's it. I look for the overall direction using market structure and the the liquid 50 (market sentiment). Once I establish direction I look for a 2 or 3 reversal patterns (morning/evening stars or bullish/bearish engulfing) off of an 8 & 21 EMA crosses on the 5 or 15 min time frame and then I enter on the open of the next candle on that same time frame and place my SL above the reversal pattern, plus my brokers spread. I would like to know if you can make an ea that will enter into every reversal pattern on ANY pair of my choice, that comes off of the 8 & 21 ema cross on the 5 or 15 min time frame or higher, without the need of me scanning every pair. I don't want to be unrealistic with the budget, but if you're able to create exactly what I need It would be priceless to me because this would give me the time freedom that I need to handle other unstarted ventures I would love to begin. So price isn't going to be the deciding factor especially if you deliver exactly what you said you were going to do. I've mentally prepared myself to spend $250 or more, if this works properly for me. I would like to us this on multiple accounts simultaneously.
