I have a fully fledged EA for which I want to develop an internal optimization system.
EA must search for the next trade candidate (set of pairs)
Introduction:
EA will conduct virtual backtests (in history) using set files from a folder on 28 x 28 = 784 set of pairs. The virtual tests would run on pasts 21 weeks, 9 weeks, 3 weeks until now (closed basket) separately. The tests are performed once a day and the data is presented on a Dashboard (and a txt or csv file). Sorting the results as per 1) profitability (in 21 weeks, 9 weeks and 3 weeks) and 2) performance (number of grid levels, Basket duration, basket drawdown) to drive out 3) Total score based on the following calculations. Once the current trades (actual) are closed, EA will already have a Candidate .set that it will choose to trade with.
