Tarea técnica

I need an EA that does the following:

1.  If there are no open trades, open a long position with a profit set to 100 pips.

2.  If the trade is losing by 100 pips, open a second long position and set the take profit on the first position to -50 and set the profit on the second position to 50 (so that you break even).

3.  If the price moves down another 100 pips, open a third long position and set the take profit on the first position to -100, set the profit on the second position to 0 and set the profit on the third position to 100 (so that you break even). 

4.  Continue this pattern until the open positions are closed.

 Can anyone do this?
