SIMPLE AVERAGING TRADE MANAGEMENT EA

I need an averaging EA to manage trades that are opened manually.
EA should monitor multiple charts for open trades while attached to only one chart. One manual trade opened per chart.

EA should open averaging trades and close all open trades at break even.
Provide a logic where if the loss is too big, EA can closs all trades when the equity has recoverd to -10%, -20%, -30% etc. Instead of waiting for break even.

When manual trade reaches X pips in loss, EA should open first new trade with 1/2 (half lot size ) of the manual trade where applicable or similar lot size if cannot divisible by half. The second lot size will be equal to the original manual trade size. The next trade size will be the next lot size. See example below:

EXAMPLE.
Original manual trade = 0.06

EA starts averging after loss of 50 pips.

1st EA averaging trade is half of the original manual trade lotsize: 0.03
2nd EA trade (similar to original trade): 0.06
3rd EA trade (next size): 0.07
4th EA trade:0.08
5th EA trade: 0.09
6th EA trade: 0.1
etc.

Provide option to lock EA to specific account number
Provide option to lock EA to specific account name
Provide option to lock EA to work on demo only
Provide option to provide EA in trial version for a certain amount of time.
