Hi

I need a script that opens pending stop orders at the opening of a new candle, based on the median price of the previous candle, with a trailing stop. 

for example for 1H candles, the 12:00 candle opens and a buy stop and sell stop would be immediately placed at X above and below the median price of the 11:00 candle, with a trailing stop of Y.

if the current price is within X but too close to X to place a valid order then an order should be placed as close as possible to X.

if the current price has moved beyond X, only the order in the opposite direction should be placed.

If a new candle opens and no orders are currently open, then new orders would be placed, based on the median price of the previous candle.

if an order is executed it is allowed to remain open until trailing stop is hit. no new pending orders will be placed while another order is open.
