Bending order based on condition

I need an expert advisor to do bending order as per my inputs based on conditions ( if value)

For example:

If EURUSD price now is 1.1150, and I want to buy @1.1125 but based on condition if price reach 1.1100

So, I need to add bending order buy stop @1.1125 if the price reach the point 1.1100, so bending order will not be activated unless the condition is happened and price reached 1.1100

My inputs will be the following:

 - Currency pair: ( Can be list of pairs, or preferred option for me is added to chart, so each currency pair need to add the expert to the chart)

- Condition price: ( bending order will not be activated until reach the that price)

- bending order type ( buy stop, sell stop, buy limit, sell limit)

- Price of bending order: (  the price of bending order will be activated, for the example above 1.1125)

- Take profit pips: ( based on number of pips the take profit price will be automatically generated)

- Stop Lose Pips: ( based on number of pips the take profit price will be automatically generated)
