Tarea técnica

I need an EA that opens and closes two independent pairs at the same time based on a certain logic. It actually opens one pair long and the other pair short, like GBPUSD long and GBPJPY short, vise versa. Everything is clearly defined, including trade opening, TP, SL, MM, etc. I need to be able to backtest this EA, however, some programmers say opening two different pairs is not possible with MT4 backtesting while other programmers say it is possible. Please advise if it is possible or not. Details are shown later. I prefer to work with a programmer who can point out hidden issues before taking the job. So please read the detailed descriptions (shown later on) carefully, and give me your comments. Also, another important factor is time. I do not want to be in a long waiting list.
