Copy and modify a simple indicator

Hi, i want to copy that indicator.

This indicator work only on M5 timeframe, and it send sinals in the and of each hour, like, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 and etc.

Indicator should work exactly the same.

Options as well.

Developer should post ex4 file and mq4 file in the end of projetct.

I want to add option to set which times (local time) indicator should work. it should have 24 times of the day that indicator should work.

I want to add option to change background color chart when indicator is indicating. (should be option to turn on and of, and option to choose color)

I want to add option to show text in chart, with the quantity of total signals is giving at the time. (should be option to turn on and off, choose color, text size, and aligment, top left corner, middle left corner, bottom left corner, top right corner, middle right corner, bottom right corner.)
