Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

A custom indicator works only after I drop it on a chart and doesn't work after that on new candlesticks. All I want is this refresh problem to be fixed and after each new candlestick close to update itself. There is no need to work on ticks. That's all. I have attached also a similar simpler indicator which refreshes properly so when both are dropped on a M1 chart you can see very quickly whether the refresh problem
