Modification of an existing ea

i need some modification fo thi ea  .
I use it on renko, this opens a buy after a up candle and a sell after a down candle .

- i need a check at the opening , the ea should not open a trade if in the same x (10) pip range another one is open , this to avoid too many trades in a choppy session ,

- second modification is a reset after every trade opening .

I close trades manually only , but after a closing the ea often opens a new trade , especially if the closed one was the latest opened .
so i have to restart mt4 to reset the ea, and cancel the memory .

let me know if it's all clear , how much do you want for this job , and when you can do it.
