Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Looking for developer to update an expert advisor entry system from being a single strategy entry system to be a dual independent entry system with 3 strategies which will be laid out in the specifications. Developer will be asked to copy the entry, exit and trail parameter settings of the original code and create a second entry strategy using the same parameter settings allowing me to take 2 trade simultaneously

I am looking for a very effective EA/Robot for scalping on lower timeframes (3.5 minutes) on FOREX, the index. Ideally, look for an 85% win rate with a draw of less than 5%.
