Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Hi All, I know that this forum is for ordering custom-made EAs. However, instead of getting my EA developed by somebody else I would like to learn and write it myself. Please let me know if anybody can give me online training to write EAs. Also, let me know how much it would cost. It has to be very non-programming-guy-friendly coz there are lots of free resources to learn (but no one to clarify the doubts). Thank
