Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Hi, I have a problem with this indicator because it doesn't alert straight away when the candle opens. For example, on a 15 minute chart, I got the alert 4 minutes after the new candle was opened. So I would need someone to correct this indicator for me so that the dot shows + alerts instantly as soon as the candle is closed. Not 1 second early and not 1 second late. The dots + alerts must show on the same candle

I use the attached indicator for my trading. Unfortunatelly it only shows value and signal at the end of candle. So i do not have enough time for checking other conditions before entering and sometimes market is fast.
