Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

It is arrow indicator. The indicator is repainting, I would like it to be fixed that indicator to show "right" arrows without repainting. Also would it be possible to make the option in the indicator - to wait 0,1,2,3...candles (I would like to be able to change this parameter) and after that put non-repainting arrow? Thanks
