Orders for indicators development - closed

hi, im looking for an indicator that can show me when someone is puting an order with more than XXX contracts ( must be config) in the market depth ( level 2). Once that happens, i need the indicator to display the volume and price of the order in the chart. The information must be displayed at the right time of the event. The indicator only can show the event at the same price every xxx bars. ( must be config)

I need like and indicator on mt4 to be blocked and made in such way that it can be used only if given a licence by me. I have the indicator and I want to share it with other users, but only the one that I choose, and have control over the use of it (being able to disable and approve the use of the indicator by mt4 users)
