Orders for Expert Advisors development - Strategy optimization - outdated

I have a support and resistance indicator I have attached. I need to add arrows to the indicator when it alerts. I will also need an alert everytime the support or resistance breaks with a different arrow or symbol alert (So I can trigger a larger bet in the opposite direction).
