Hi,

I'm looking to build an EA that I use to give me the top X parameter ranges from optimizer data. 

EA needs to pull data from optimizer results and put them into a new set file with the best ranges.


right now this is the process:
1) load set file with wide parameters and start optimizer.
2) get optimizer results and put in google sheet, arranged from most profitable to least.

4) manually copy top 1,000 values back into optimizer set file again one by one.
5) run optimizer again with narrow values and step.
6) repeat the process.

What I want this EA/script to do is help remove steps 2,3,4 from the process.
So I:
1) load set file with wide start and stop parameters (E.G RSI 3-15) and start optimizer with my other EAs.
2) Can input how many rows to look for parameters from the best profit E.G 1,000 rows from the best result down
3) Generate new set file with the new start and stop ranges from the top number of optimizer results E.G RSI period 5-8
4) Upload this set file and run new optimizer again.


The only input setting the EA needs is "How many rows does the optimizer data to look for the start and stop parameters" E.G Top 500 results, top 1,000, etc
