Website design for a forex copy trading service

Hello how are you?, I am looking for someone that can made a full  website design for a forex copy trading service , to explain better , I have the copy trading system to be integrate in the page but I need the web page desing, the page need to have the payment gateway for the customer to pay  the membership I have  made the admin and clients dashboard , maybe need some redesign , the page have to in made in Html css and some JavaScript

the full page need to have main page ,Contacts, about us, terms and conditions,masters list page, Master Page with live monitoring(charts, statistics)           [clients dashboard] - payment history, subscription management(renewal option, auto-renewal), EA download area, MultyMasters subscription. I add some pictures of dashboard
