I found that there was a difference in certain actions

For example, when I use my laptop or desktop

I want to move or change a buy/sell limit, I touch the green line with the mouse and I can drag it on the board

But when I use the 'Surface microsoft tablet'  and do the same, another window opens that allows me two options, either canceling the limit , or adding a new buy/sell limit , i  can't drag it .

Why? Is there a solution?
