VPS problem

I have been using a netcup vps for years, for some time I can no longer log in to my accounts on MetaTrader, in the journal I get the message MQL5.community: authorization failed and if I try to install a new MT5 I get a window for proxy options. netcup support says it doesn't depend on them. what could it depend on?
I'm not the only netcup user having this problem

There is the discussion thread about similar issue and about netcup too (about error 403 for example):
VPS Provider Blocks MQL5 Login (403 Error) – Any Solutions?

..and read this blog post in case you are having error 403 in the journal:

I read the various posts and did various tests, I also reinstalled the operating system and completely deactivated the firewall, I can't even access the mql5 site

If you would have read the posts you would know that you have only one option: look for another vps provider.
