Agents not connecting to cloud

Hello, I am a complete beginner with no knowledge.

I have followed the steps provided and no agents show up on my profile and it says they are disconnected from the cloud in my manager. 

Also for the account, do I put my name there matching this website profile or my username?

Will I be earning? Please help.

Hello,

You can try to restart agents... and you need to correct account name (for me its bunch of numbers, letters), not profile one!

Hi, it clarified the Account Name as it was autofilled incorrectly for me, it shows no agents and all of them are disconnected from the cloud. Do I have to wait 24 hours?

If agents are "connected" and "Online" earned credits are shown in statistic page in the next day!

No, ive tried couple times, different wifis and days so I dont know. Do you know the solution to connect to the cloud because  it shows connected automatically every video and in the guide.

I attached a picture, is there a way to remove password if that affects anything?

I have also same pw in that box, so let it be. Agents should connect to cloud itself after account is properly set!
