First unclick your caps lock button, writting in capital letters is considered rude.

Now if your EA has been purchases from the MQL5.com Market, follow these instructions:

If not, then we can't help you here.

 

If you are about EA (Expert Advisor - which some people are naming as a bot) so you should switch autotrading to be ON.
Besides, make sure that your EA is suitable for the Metatrader you are using (and that this EA is not having the bug for example).

If it is MT4 and it stopped working after updating the platform to build 1420, I believe you will only be able to resolve it if you recompile the source code.

 

You must recompile your code.
