   I'd like to register Sinaptica srls as Company Seller. I'd like to give the document (attached file) as proof I'm the CEO of Sinaptica. But I don't know how to interact with Metaquotes because the ticket is in pending status for a week, and I can't open a new request!

First you register as a private seller and then you send your company details to the Service Desk and your company will show in your seller's registration details.

 

Yes I know the procedure and I just did!

The problem is that the ticket is in pending (attached image), they requested other documents to proof I am the owner or the ceo. After 48 hr the ticket was closed, but rhe request is still in pending, so I can't attach the document (attached zip) as proof I'm the ceo.

I just attached the documents to this chat!


I don't know how to unlock this situation!

Only the Service Desk can help with all that, open another ticket, send another message, we can't do anything here.
