MT5 didn't get refunded help

I just bought the "Trade Manager DaneTrades" manager and they took money from my card and it said that I should use the same email for paypal as for the MT5 account. 
The payment is not under "Purchases" and money is taken from my account. How do I refund this?

As far as I know - the buying by using bank card or paypal is not immediate buy: it should spend for some days untill the fund will come to the Market (because it is int'l payment).
