Can't open a MT5 account.

I installed the MT5 platform successfully, but am not getting the email and phone code confirmations. Who to contact about this? Any insights? Thanks.
 

Demo account with MetaQuotes-Demo server is used to beta test new builds of MT5 and to update MT5 to new beta build.
And the trading account (demo or real) of the brokers should be used in any other cases (in case of trading for example).

So, find Metatrader broker and open the trading account according to their condition. If you are not getting email or phone confirmation code (which were sent by the broker) - ask the broker for support.

Many (or most of) demo accounts are provided by brokers for limited time only.
Besides, the demo account may be expired because of inactivity.

Anyway, you can open the other demo account with same or other broker for example.
