Review not appearing

Hello.
Somebody reviewed a product and it's not there in rating after a week.
If the system detected the review to be fake can I call the service desk for that? Or what else can be the reason?
 

Is is automatically, and I do not think the service desk will change their automatic robot just because of one review which you consider as the good one but this robot found it  suspicious.

The review system has been changed recently in order to prevent fake reviews.

Now the stars are visible after a small period.


 

If it's not in the reviews tab at all it will show up . I think there is a delay there.
