They lock the money at least 7 days before giving it to the seller. Hopefully contacting the service desk solves the problem. Just do it before the guy takes the money out.

  • with the product link clearly visible
  • showing your review and comments on the product , that you can edit them.(no need to edit them)
  • the other reviews too
  • the authors link clearly visible
  • the authors profile page 
  • the products profile page
  • your purchases tab
  • your payments tab
  • your profile state 
  • this thread with all the answers
  • your message to the service desk
  • and their reply when they do reply

And keep that video just in case . Don't upload it here or send it anywhere .

Please who knows how I can get the admin to reply me quickly.  Time is  running out, 5 days left before the money is released. Please help
