Broker info not loading problem

Hi I am trying to log into my live account on MT5 ,the broker info is not available only demo is active I checked by typing other brokers nothing on the MT5 journal the error is "broker info loading problem". I use a tablet for trading please help I consulted my broker they couldnt help.This has been going on from last week
 

Metatrader 5 (MT5) is requited the latest Windows verson wit 64-bit.
For example, Windows 10 64-bit.
Besides, the MT5 should be in the latest build as well.

And check your internet connection.

If you are not able to fix it by yourself with Windows 10 64-bit computer/laptop and good internet commection with the latest MT5 build
so ask your broker for support. Because any trading accounts are related to the brokers only.
