Hi I am trying to log into my live account on MT5 ,the broker info is not available only demo is active I checked by typing other brokers nothing on the MT5 journal the error is "broker info loading problem". I use a tablet for trading please help I

I am trying to log in into my broker .The broker info doesnot load.The MT5 journal error is "broker info loading problem". I tried checking with other brokers I get same response ,what causes the problem how can it be fixed
